Founded in 1978 by Phyllis Jordan, PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans remains a pioneer in the coffee industry by utilizing only the top 1% of Arabica beans. We are dedicated to the art of small-batch roasting and famous for our unique cold-drip process that protects the flavor and strength of our beans while minimizing acidity.
